- PC MASTER, INC.
- is a fast growing company that provides copy and distribution services of
- SHAREWARE (User-Supported software) and PUBLIC DOMAIN softwares. The software
- we distribute come directly from the authors and other major distributors. All
- programs in our library are carefully evaluated and tested for viruses before
- being distributed to the public. The price of the program disks you pay covers
- our testing, copying, advertising, magnetic media, and distribution costs.

- WARRANTY: All program disks we distribute are warranted to be readable using an
- IBM PC/XT/AT/386 or compatible running DOS 2.1 or higher. We will gladly
- replace any program disks that are defective and prove to be unreadable. For
- replacement you MUST RETURN the defective or mislabeled disks WITHIN 30 DAYS
- after purchase or receipt of shipment. No additional copies of the program
- disks will be supplied due to accidental erasure or other end-user created
- problems. For security and safety reasons the end-user should make a BACKUP
- copy of the program before actual use. (For example - DISKCOPY A: A:)

- DISCLAIMER: Under no circumstances or events shall PC MASTER, Inc. assume
- any direct or indirect responsibility for losses incurred from the use of or
- inability to use software we distribute. We cannot be responsible and hereby
- disclaim all other warranties either expressed or implied for this software,
- including those of merchantability and fitness for a specific or general use.

- SALES POLICY: There are no refunds,if a disk is defective we will gladly replace
- the disk with same title only. All programs that come in multiple disks are sold in
- sets only; no splitting is allowed. We reserve the right to remove or
- substitute software programs in our library without notice when it is deemed
- necessary due to obsolete version, author's request, etc.

- PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: We stand behind the product we sell and want to assure
- that you are satisfied with our products and services. In unlikely event that
- the product is defective upon receipt we will gladly replace the product
- immidiately. For program disks replacement you must return the defective or
- mislabeled disk(s) WITHIN 30 DAYS after receipt of shipment. All returns must
- accompany with a copy of the invoice or receipt. Please return the defective
